Hello,

I’m Singer/Songwriter Vince Schreck from Portland, Oregon. I have a doctorate in Educational Leadership, and spend my days as an Instructional Designer at Portland State University. Basically, I put college courses on the Internet.

I have been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (as well as many other styles) for seven years. In 2002, I took Tias Little’s Advanced Teacher Training in Santa Fe, NM and started teaching right after at Yogapada (www.yogapada.com) in Portland.
